Q. How do I save my graphs so I can import them into my own word report or PowerPoint Presentation?
A. Go to Graph then Save Graph to Disk. A windows menu will pop up and allow you to name, choose a location to save it to, and what type of file you want it to be, a WMF, BMAP, or JPEG.
Q. Can I change a graph from area to a line chart?
A. Yes, just go to Options then Graph Options then choose the Chart Type tab for the graph you want to change, and then choose the type you want, bar, line area, etc.
Q. Can I print the graph?
A. Yes, just go to Graph then Print Graph.
Q. Are their other graphs than the ones listed?
A. Yes, you can change one of the first 14 graphs to something else by going to Options, and then Graph Options then click the "G" next to the graph you want to replace.
Q. Can I change the number of years that the graph projects?
A. Yes, if you right click on the graph and choose Edit Chart Data, you can then change the Number of Rows which corresponds to the number of years, to the desired amount.
