This Estate Analysis Report reviews the liquidity needs at death. Express provides 3 types of will illustrations, a Simple All
padding will, a UTC Credit shelter will (A/B will), and an Optimum Will. The advisor can choose what ever year in the future to illustrate
the estate tax liability, and can choose to “Sunset” the estate tax or keep it in place. If the advisor chooses a UTC shelter will,
Express will fund an A/B will at the death of the first spouse up to the UTC for the given year chosen, based on available liquid assets
owned by the spouse who dies first.
