An Estate Flow Chart illustrates how assets are distributed at death of either the client or the spouse. Express provides 3 types of will illustrations, a Simple All padding will, a UTC Credit shelter will (A/B will), and an Optimum Will. The advisor can choose what ever year in the future to illustrate the estate tax liability, and can choose to “Sunset” the estate tax or keep it in place. If the advisor chooses a UTC shelter will, Express will fund an A/B will at the death of the first spouse up to the UTC for the given year chosen, based on available liquid assets owned by the spouse who dies first. This report can be printed right from the software or saved as an MS Excel file for editing or insertion into an MS Word or PowerPoint file. This also allows the advisor to email any report for review by the client.
